How to spring roll through the fall
Home-made spring rolls

Locked down on a Sunday, dark skies and pouring rain…We turned it to our advantage by preparing home-made Vietnamese spring rolls along with very tangy sauces (to taste) for dipping.

Slice thin a protein source as well as some carrot and celery, add slivers of water chestnuts, toss in some arugula and bean sprouts. Soften the rice paper wrapper and then roll it all up. Yum!
